So i email them, yo whats the problem, and get told that the address i gave in my debit card info doesnt match the card details :S lightbulb, i remember that i just moved house, and that my card info will be my address in the old house, not the new one, so i email them the other address. i get a response telling me that this address is still wrong :S

obv im real confused now, and have no idea how to sort this out so i take a picture of my drivers licence (which has my name, DOB, and address all matching those on the mastercard, a photo of my university card (since that has a pic of me also) and a mugshot of myself- all taken with my comp screen which has a bunch of poker games up as well as the emails, so the staff can be sure that this is in fact actually me.

I dont get a response until the next day, at which point they inform me that [I]my transaction has been declined[/I]. despite the ID i sent them and having purchased table scanner and HM1 from the same card lolwut? rly?

anyone have annnnnny idea what i can do? i could just use paypal, but i plan on buying HM2 in literally a week and dont wanna have to go through all this fk around again
