Just cut and paste into a text file (Notebook), save to desktop, and PT should allow you to import them.

I think you are missing out on a lot of PTs capability if you don't rate ring game players. GameTime+ HUD is free (get it from the link from the PT site) and will overlay these stats right on the table for you.
