7 card game, no cards go to the middle of the table.
each player get 7 cards, 4 cards face up, 3 cards face down.
7 card games are The Best Card games.

Maybe only ACM offer it now.
I am in Australia, cant play online poker.

Are you talking about 7 card stud?
If so, yes, you can find some action in the WPN rooms, but only for 7 card stud hi lo.
For 7 card stud, there's virtually no action at all.

Americas Card Room has them, but there are not a lot of players.
You have to start a table most of the time and wait and then play short handed until the table fills.
The H/L is more popular than standard.
I play them a lot, H/L when I have to and standard when I can.

Cardschat have tournaments at Replay poker site. I have played there some 7 card games. But I think, that was when legue games happened. But pokerstars have great 7 cards tournaments.

I wish Stars would still be owned by the previous owners, they have every format on their site... if they still were larger site it would be good for poker!

Some MTTs are Stud-variants and H.O.R.S.E on PokerStars - but not many per day, of course.

When it comes to Stud and other non-NHL/PLO cash games online, only the Play Money scene is pretty active on PokerStars

As far as I know the only site still offering them is poker stars. I mean GG really has to improve their offer at some point. You can't be the official wsop sponsor or the biggest player in the market and not offer mixed games.
