pokerstars is currently frozen for all MTT's, and all Cashgames. It seems the only games that are still running are tournaments that are past Late Reg.

Since yesterday I haven't been able to play at PokerStars.

After logging in, a pop up appears but it never fully loads, only the title which is: General Terms". And that's it, if I close it, it logs me out.

they rolled out an update to some new user agreement, and this agreement needs to be signed... I also had a white screen ((I logged in through the opera browser and turned on the vpn to sign up... everything is working now))

There are always some kind of flaws at pokerstars, my chest has not been opened since November... error 200 is constantly being shown... even after updating the system, nothing has changed((

This thread is 4 month old. So probably not the same problem but perhaps a new problem?

It loads perfectly fine for me (just tried), so either it is your internet or device, or it might be a regional problem. I would try to restart your router and device first. If this does not help, then maybe uninstall the client and install again. Or you could just wait a few hours and see, if the problem persists.

The problem will most likely be that you haven't signed the last agreement... without this checkmark confirming your consent, the room will not let you into the game)))

Had as problem tonight. I registered on a single table - I was fifth. Several minutes later there were still five registered. I tried to unregister, as there was obviously a problem - it wouldn't unregister me. The lobby appeared to be frozen. Eventually I closed the site down and re-started the computer and opened PokerStars again. Immediately my table came up, and I was playing. It appeared to have just started, but three are still sitting out, so it wasn't just me. To be fair I haven't had problems with PS recently.
