[QUOTE="finaltable1, post: 4957325, member: 187503"] They don't care about the player like other poker rooms do. PokerStars isn't offering many freerolls to attract new players and give them a chance to build a bankroll from zero. They've got highest rake and currently one of the worst supports in the poker world. You can receive instant automated email with tourney result and that's it. Even withdrawals to bank card are terrible for the low stakes players, minimum is $100. If a player wins $50 in a freeroll, he has no chance to see the money, he must keep playing until he loses all or wins $101. It is surprising that they're not providing a fast and good support to a player who spent 16K in a short period of time, but if it's so, then I guess that Pokerstars has started to chew the hand that was feeding it. The main problem of PokerStars is that they're leader in the industry and other poker sites have to do something about it, that's why other ites are offering many pleasant bonuses to the players who spent a lot of money, such as free tickets to major events, fast and accurate customer support and other tasty cookies. PokerStars has a huge number of players from all around the world and with all the TV ads this number is growing, that's why plus/minus a player = doesn't matter, the horde is too big, and they have to pay salaries to a large customer support team, I'm not sure what they've decided about it, guess that they simply don't care to increase the support team, but have increased reply time instead. The last time I've asked a question about withdrawal it was Friday - they've replied me on Sunday, cashout process is much faster than getting an answer by email. Man... 16K in 4 months for poker, that's quite a lot if you ask me. Even in Britain i think it's too much comparing to average salary. I've spent little less than $16K to assemble 4 CNC machines after I've bought a garage and started a business that generates profit. Got no idea who you are and what you're doing for living, but still it's better to invest money into real things and spend some part of the profit for gambling, than throw the money to see the screen that is full of pixels that look like playing cards.
