I wasn't expecting more than an apology from 888poker but Pokerstars had picked up on the tweet within 30mins liked it and responded with good wishes about my great night and discretional bonus of 2 tickets into their weekly $5000 Tournament. So happy with Pokerstars and miffed that 888poker had no response until 2 two weeks later when some one wrote back saying they had missed the tweet.. lol Now it seems every time I've had problems and issues (5 times since) i get a response from twitter @PokerStars within and hour of TWEET... I think their social media team is far better than 888Poker 10 fold!! honestly I'm just comparing my own experiences. I live in the UK but i think Pokerstars Support works world wide. Sorry you've had this problem but Tweet them... Even tweet a link to this page... It gets eyes rolling and apologies flowing... Stop when the fun stops or when there is no response:eek::eek::eek: I've Tweeted a link to this post and mentioned CC and @StarsSupport, look to my Tweet @Inequitas1 comment on that tweet so they see your username and details... They'll take it seriously With £16,000 in game play under your belt it will be in everyone's best interest... [/QUOTE]
