I can confirm, it was always exactly 5 Minutes with me and whatever I tried, I was not able to shorten it. When I contacted support once, they simply reset my LUGAS status and that just reset the timer back to 0. 🙄

It's just an improper implementation of the German regulation.

Unfortunately I doubt you can do a lot about it without a lawyer but that's probably not financially attractive. But do you have the exact tournament snapshots before and after sitting out? [B]Theoretically you can calculate your ICM chip value before and after and quantity the exact loss you experienced.[/B]

I can imagine if it should happen at the FT of a high roller tournament and some pro really makes a big buzz, then they'll react but before that, probably they couldn't care less.

The German market is less attractive for them due to the 3% tax and all the regulation but nothing we can do about it ourselves. 🥴
