I think I may be able to bypass the SA banks ban on Visa card deposit to ewallets that GGPoker use though (yes, SA banks even prevent you using Skrill, Neteller, Luxon, etc by restricting deposit to them via bank card). I think it may be possible to deposit to a useable ewallet via a manual bank transfer using the SWIFT code. Same in reverse. In this way the bank can't refuse the transaction as it's just direct manual bank to bank transaction (the ewallet company's bank then credit your ewallet account on their app and your SA bank is none the wiser that you have deposited funds to an ewallet app that can be used to deposit to GG).  Withdrawal would be the same in reverse. Hopefully I will be able to test this method soon.
