Just after I deposited my husband shouted ‘hey are you logged into mine £1.7 has gone off my account, I looked at my balance and all of a sudden instead of having £5,07 I had £6.77, But He was logged in playing spin and go at the same time I was on mine so how could I have physically even have been on his account at the same time? I checked my transaction history and screenshotted it and it showed the slot games id played on all listed on mine and the history showed I had 0.06p then deposit £5 but my balance was showing £6.76 or something. I contacted support and only gave my details and the agent confirmed my history what I played what I was seeing and saying was right - I logged out and back in and all of a sudden my history changed to say the last thing I’d done on my account was play a spin and go at 6 am that morning (6 hours before) And then then slot games showed up on my husbands history- then I asked for them to confirm my log ins and they tried to say my account was logged on to the PC and and I had logged on to his account which is impossible because I’ve never logged on to his PC and if that was the case why isn’t it showing the spin game he was playing then. And if I was actually on his account when I spent the money then immediately deposited £5 a) how did I do it with my card and b) why is the money on my account. I mean it was a massive security breach in my personal opinion they were trying to back track and blame us. I think maybe it was a cookie issue on the iPhone but to do a investigation they wanted to freeze both accounts for however long and hubby was registered in 2 big games over £1.70 we decided to leave it and just never log in on the same device again. In my opinion that shouldn’t have been a choice I could make they should have 100% investigated that issue I screen recorded the transaction history before and after it changed So i can show it was definitely logged into my account and they weren’t interested just basically saying it was us logging into each others accounts - even though I had proof it changed and the first agent confirmed the history was my account - BEFORE I gave him the details of the other account (the boss tried to say he was looking at hub account but he didn’t even know the details of that account when I spoke to him) This was the worst interaction I ever had with them but it’s been the last year they have changed big time, Around the same amount of time as the promotions got sucky.
