Mascarenhas was finally able to break through after two close calls when he finished second in the July 12 $15,000 Mega Deep for $2,822 and third in the same event on June 28 for $2,454.[/COLOR] [B]“SlyderS1” Weathers the Sunday Monsoon[/B] [COLOR=#000000]The $55 buy-in, $15K GTD Sunday Monsoon surpassed its guarantee by drawing 240 players who rebought 69 times. That created a $15,450 prize pool paid out to the top 36 players including “Dustyourfish” (26th - $131), “GramNaKartke” (18th - $170), “heroes333” (9th - $294), “IwantKellogS” (5th - $896), and “marcuspoo” (3rd - $1,746).[/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000]After 7 hours and 6 minutes, “SlyderS1” defeated Brazil’s “rafitia” in heads-up play to win $3,160.
