The monthly 888 $10K just now……brutal

OK so I was very patient today, blinds are 8 minutes. Next pay jump was $9 from $6, blinds are going up from 4-5K next hand. I am UTG, 2.1BB left, and guess what ? Yeah I get the bullets. 312 left, 301 make the pay jump……Used up my whole 40 second time bank, contemplated calling to waste more time, but at that point nobody was being eliminated

WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO, FOLD ACES TO MAKE AN EXTRA $3?

Anyway, I giggled , 888 strikes yet again! This is why I never deposit anymore, and only withdraw(which in all fairness always arrives in my account in 10 minutes, kudos to 888 for that , at least )

You played it right, 888 has the worst bad beats you can imagine, river has been nightmare lately. So, I don't see them as bad beats anymore just see it as 888s BS.

Me personally, i would go for the win or another good position in a free promotion game like that.

In your case i would just fold the hand preflop in this situation because the payjump of 3 Dollars seems to mean a lot to you.

Cardshuffling on 888 is perfectly fine. They are a regulated and established poker brand.
