iPoker... Anyone else having the same experience...?

Hi folks,

I have played a pretty decent part of my life online so far at various rooms: pokerstars, GGPoker, partypoker, to name the biggest, but also ACR and a few other not so big ones...

I must admit every room so far has felt good to me in terms of trustworthiness... I have never felt like any of the rooms are rigging the games... Playing mostly GTO, I have been able to make a few bucks here and there.

Now since about a year I'm playing at a few iPoker rooms (mostly Holland Casino, Bet365) as I am Dutch and there are few other options available now for Dutch players... We can't play on PokerStars and PartyPoker (my favourite) anymore. Really unfortunate to say the least.

Anyway, to get to the point... I get sucked out more and more by the day playing on Holland Casino and Bet365. Not just me btw, but I see other players getting hit by 2 and 3 outers a plethora of times as well...... So much, it is getting unreal. I started off pretty much OK in these rooms. Off course I got sucked out and sucked out on others, no big deal. But as the days went on it got progressively worse to the point that no session goes by without encountering at least a single 2 outer... There's a multitude most sessions.

It just doesn't feel good. A few others things I started noticing and tracking by hand:

- A flush draw from the flop almost never hits anymore by the river (out of the last 23 occurences, 3 actually did land)
- When All-In ahead a 60-70ish% favourite in multiway pots (3+ players allin) last 15 occurences, NO wins!!! ZERO out of 15! I almost feels like I'm not allowed to climb the upper spots of tourneys anymore...
- Whenever I get to doubleup for a top3-5 spot in tourneys (I'm solely a tourney player) being all in ahead, I just lose EVERY SINGLE TIME since roughly a month....

I know it sounds ridiculous, I have always laughed at rigtards no matter what arguments they proclaimed and I still laugh at them IF they play on any other netwok than iPoker.

Howevever, I'm now holding back on laughing if they play on iPoker...

Anyone else have similar experiences on iPoker...?!

Before choosing Pokerstars I used to play on the iPoker network. I have never noticed that the variance was particularly high there.
But it's only my personal experience and not an absolute truth of course.

I have played on the ipoker network for years, I have grinded myself from a 10 dollar deposit to a couple 1000 playing sit n goes and the monthly 10k bonanza, my name is mythical on ipoker I'm not a great player but I'm not a complete idiot I have been profitable for years, it pains my heart that I think this shits rigged I don't see how I can continue it's painful because I just have so much distrust I'm able to call whats going to happen way to often, I only play 4sitngoes max a day so it's not a question of if you play a lot of cards you going to see a lot of shit I'm playing less than 200 hands a day, sorry for rambling, anyway playing 9 handed turbo sng 7 players left a guy has 0.2 bb. I knew he won't be knocked out no matter what I've seen it too many times, anyway 2 more players eliminated 5 handed I'm chip leader followed closely by Mr 0.2 bb, 3 shorter stacks, players were at risk on 15 occasions without 1 elongation I was never all in, the thing is I knew it from the beginning that I'm not allowed to cash this game I feel the set up I know the routine once I see 2 or 3 times people at risk sucking out to survive I know I have no chance in this game even if I have pocket aces I will not survive going all in once this happens to me every 2 or 3 days so 1 in 10 games on average is this normal? People surviving 15 times? The red line of truth still strong but I'm bleeding for months, I've tried using a screen recorder it doesn't capture it I'll try again I'm going to start calling hands live on YouTube or to prove to myself that I'm not talking out my ass or being salty about downswing I believe it's not so random whether its like a script of fun hands or something or giving depositers a break idk I'm pretty stoned thanks for taking the time to read my venting

Another crazy event that once happened to me was playing the 10k bonanza which your are allowed 4 entries at the same time so you play 4 tables, in the space of 1 min no lie 1 freaking minute, I was dealt qq on 3 of my 4 tables (2 of them were 5 seconds apart the other 2 hands down the line) I raised up all 3 hands preflop obviously got callers on all 3 tables flopped trip queens on all 3 tables and lost all three hands heads up after the flop all in

Mate I also play in Ipoker and have more than 10k mtts. That said I got atrech of 2500mtts (where 2000 were break even and 500 where i min cashed out 5%of them) but this doesnt mean in the other 7500 I dont crush. I do good game selection ,so I'm not even close to the best players in ipoker. Its varience you eighter accept it or you migrate to a place where you believe the RNG is more random

What do you think of 'ShullerMax1' on there?
I've heard that they are a BOT for sure. I rarely play on that network these days (doesn't get enough volume in games I play in) but when I have I was sure that they had a handful of BOTS playing in the low stakes SnG's. And just for example, I logged into the site right now, a sub-optimal/off peak hrs. time for that network (it is currently 8pm ET, which is 01:00am CT) and there was only 1 SnG running between $2-to-$20 buyin and sure enough, ShullerMax1 was on the table, LOL. I mean I could understand a reg. playing very long hours and TONS of tables on there (or as many as they could get) but to be doing that AND be playing on there when there's no traffic at all???????????????? That makes ZERO sense!
fwiw, I've also read some threads on 2p2 suggesting the BOTS on iPoker and actually including ShullerMax1 to the list.

The recreational players on that network are mostly VERY VERY BAD players which is obviously VERY VERY GOOD (lol) but the rake is HIGH... VERY HIGH... and currently I'm unaware of the rakeback program/rewards there. (I think it's locked in at 20% rakeback)

I have the same problem. I played for some time on Ipoker, under 2 names. Great results. My pokernames are conpepitas and monkawonka. From one day all of a sudden I can't win anymore. The winning just stopped. I get sucked on on almost every bubble and I can't even reach itm's anymore. It's ridiculous. I stopped platying almost completely. Sometimes I try it again for some days, but it's so painfull. Also I think there are a lot of bots, people all of a sudden have like perfect 3bet ranges and bluffs they find within seconds that only solvers seem to find. It has nice tourneys with great structures. But I am sure something is off

Yes I have no doubt there's a large number of Bots on iPoker. Lots of low stakes regs. now too, getting better rakeback vs. other sites (pretty sure you can get 40%+ in rakeback on there (I heard much higher too if you're putting in volume and on rake chase))

I haven't played on regularly for many years but I still would randomly play once in awhile (at one point I played on 5 or 6 ipoker sites... actually won a trip to Vegas on williamhill ) but I haven't played since Titan closed it's doors. Just recently I was considering signing up on Champion Poker (via WorldPokerDeals or UniversalPoker) & I actually just about signed up yesterday. Maybe I'll hold off awhile longer

There's a bunch of sites that run on the 'iPoker network' (it's not a site in itself)
ie. betfair, bet365, WilliamHill, PaddyPower, ChampionPoker
There used to be dozens more.

Nice to hear! I think the problem nowadays is, if a website is legit the site will not grow or will shrink. The level between newcomers and regulars is so big that the newcomers will loose there money really quick. I try not to complain about the current state of websites that is available in the netherlands for example. But the truth is that being a pro poker player in the Netherlands has become impossible. Combine that with the fact that all kind of shady stuff is going on for example to "protect the recreationals". And the pro's are having almost no roi anymore on low and midstakes. When I say online poker is rigged I'm a idiot. Although I litterally lived of playing online poker. I guess we will never know if it is or not. You also can't prove that it is not. One thing I know for sure. The owners of GG poker and Ipoker don't give a shit about the poker game itself, they only give about money. So maybe they should step forward sometimes and prove that there rng is 100% legit. Till that day I'm enjoying some unibet online now and then. And I can tell you, baby I'm crushing over there harder then before

I wanted to try their poker rooms but I changed mind . There is no traffic , very few players , I wonder how many bots are in the system , the tournaments have small prizepools , and the freerolls are not satisfying

I felt the same as the OP. Play mostly in winamax PP stars... but playing champion poker felt the same that when i played diamond club App on pokerbros, like the variance is alterate in a weird mode, I just finished a sesion but I am not gonna play there anymore
