Then G0930 (and you) complained about sourcing this through Claude, so I gave you a legal document instead. I'd strongly suspect it's illegal in the EU as well (probably most developed countries) but US seems like the most natural thing to look at since that's where I assume most players are.

(Edit: I guess most people in this forum are not in the US actually (bc online poker is so restricted in the US?) I've literally never paid attention to the flags. (BTW thanks for making me realize that I could remove the flag in the settings.) But whatever, the legal standard will be the same in Europe, I can find you another legal document if you really want to.)

I don't necessarily think ads are a relevant comparison (lots of ads are unethical too imho), but G0390 is the one that used the ads comparison as an excuse.
