Is it possible to open an account on 7XL when you have already had an account on GG for years? and therefore have an account on GG and 1 on 7XL? obviously without playing on both at the same time. Or is it not possible?

Yes, from a legal standpoint, you are allowed to create another account on 7XL or other GGPoker skins, even if you already have an active account on GGPoker.
