after couple of client restart i see my balance, dut page with promoutions don't opens at all...

Yes I lost ticket but I assume they are working on it still. Wrote them an email nevertheless.

The same thing happened here in germany: I lost the ticket due to a failed buy‑in, and then I lost the rest of my bankroll because of a failed Hold’em log‑in.

Everything is gone except for a few cents. And unlike usual, when a logout happens and the bankroll comes back, this time it didn’t. Everything is gone — and I didn’t even receive a confirmation of receipt for the complaint email I sent to GG.

That’s strange.

Same here. Guess GG needs a little tweak still after the update.

Wasn't the first time after an update but balance and tickets always came back , don't worry

Same here in brazil — I experienced the exact same thing.

After the update, everything lagged a lot, and when I restarted, my balance also showed USD 0. Hopefully it’s just a visual bug or syncing issue. I recommend waiting a bit or contacting support if it doesn't resolve soon. Let’s hope it’s nothing serious!

since everyone here is experiencing the same issue we can presume its a global issue.
I'm sure GG got thousands of complaint mails just like yours. As I said , sometimes GG is a little buggy after an update but it never takes long for them to fix it

This update occurred during the same time with maintenance, which is rare imo, so like usual delays, only longer lol 😆

I believe it's just a visual bug, as this happened to me too, and after I restarted the system, the value returned. But the promotions page no longer loads.

It was a little problem, it was the same on my account, but it looked fixed now.

sadly my balance was 0 already bofore the update sorry tho for all the people who have this issue tho hopefully it will restore to normal soon
