It’s better to play freerolls on any real poker room than those play-money Apps from the Play Market — no one plays seriously there anyway.

In general, playing on little-known and newly created sites is a risky business. If you want to make a profit from the game, you should play on time-tested sites with a good reputation. But if money doesn't matter to you, you can play anywhere
