Hi all
Looking for someone who has tech advice. Currently I can't get the full lobby to show on my screen. I use an external monitor from my laptop (make things bigger so I can see them.) I can't see the times/dates and can't see the password box. I have spoke with ACR and they are no help. Screenshots below. If someone can fix this, I will be forever in your debt!!! In the first two screen shots that is my full screen. I have to use the top of the screen to move it left or right, depending on what I want to see. The third one, if I try to move the screen over to see times, it sometimes freezes and then I can't move it at all, showing in that screenshot, and the only way to close ACR is right clicking on taskbar icon and click close window, then click back to ACR to "do you want to close?" and i click yes. Hope this makes sense???

Go into Windows settings by clicking on the windows logo on the taskbar at bottom of your screen then click on the gear icon.... Start typing "display settings" in the search bar until you see "Display Settings" listed in the menu, then click on "Display Settings" and look for "Scale & Layout" under that you will see Scale, if that is set higher than 100%, lower it to 100%. You will have to close ACR an reopen for changes to take affect.

Could be because your monitor and laptop screens are different resolutions. Under "Display & Resolution settings" below the section you were just in. Try experimenting with changing the resolution settings (you can always change back) changing will either make your problem worse or better depending on the resolution you select. You will need to close and open ACR each time you test a new resolution.

EDIT: If you know the resolution of the external monitor try picking a resolution as close to that as you can.

I understand what you are saying and I have tried experimenting, so far no luck. Mostly makes everything worse, not just ACR. I am just wondering why only ACR is affected. 888, Stars, GG are all fine.

I don't know if you have tried going to ACRPoker application in program files, then right clicking on that and then click on "Show More Options" then click on "Properties" then click on the "Compatability" tab and there are settings there you can change. I don't know but maybe clicking on the "Change high DPI settings" may help, after you click on it, it gives you the check box to fix scaling problems pictured in the second picture in this post. I don't know if it will work but worth a try. there are also other settings in compatibility tab you can try if it doesn't help. And there is the second check box in the DPI settings to use system instead of application.

I got it fixed good enough....not perfect but definitely better than before. Just adjusted a setting, can't remember which one...I think on my monitor and then I have to go into acr and click on the top of the window and move it upward slightly and it shows the things I need.

Hey! It sounds like a resolution or scaling issue between your laptop and external monitor. Try adjusting display scaling or setting your external monitor as the primary display. Happy to help!
