I haven't been able to contact 888Poker support for over 6 months now, just struggling there!

The support service at 888 is just terrible. Sometimes I waited 2 weeks for a response from them. I've been playing at 888 for many years and even before the pandemic, the support team responded within 36-48 hours. But after the pandemic, they can take weeks to respond to a request.

Oh yeah, support and withdrawals on 888poker are definitely a weak point. 😅
Withdrawals usually take 2–3 days for me, which is okay, but support is painfully slow.
You write to them, and they reply after 2–3 days... Then you respond — and they take another few days again.
It feels like a never-ending loop. In the best case, it takes about a week to solve even a small issue.
