Hello to all dear players, how interesting it is to be able to talk here and think that today we have a very intriguing question! Can a poker room never go wrong with anything??? I have a huge file of situations with this online game room and I would like to open the discussion here. First of all, there are a very small number of players in cash. A world-class room with 8 quick cash game options where we don't have 200 participants in total adding up to all rooms and buy-in categories. (Tell me if this is the case in your country too) Then we have tournament games that always - always - always have winners who don't interact, play in a very strange way (boots?) Tables that curiously freeze for no reason (they always say it's their internet, even though the game is running normally on the different App). At the casino, another fun fact... I lost 18x on American roulette always betting on red (and it was $400 in total). This has only happened 3 times in history! hahaha mine was 4x. Well... a curious and strange site. Is 888poker worth trying to believe? How to explain all the crashes, game bugs, PLO flaws that disconnect the entire app? Does anyone have an encouraging opinion on all of this?

In Belarus 888poker stopped providing its services, without warning or 2 days for some, although the withdrawal is in 3 days. Multiple efforts to get their money, including to the management company evokeplc, were unsuccessful. The result - such a room does not pull even close to world class

Why would anyone bet 18 times in a row on red? What should the purpose of that be?

Site is legit but not world class, more like pretty average if u calculate in all the fails and an absolute horrible support.

888 is my favourite site. My favourite because for many years in a row it has consistently allowed me to make money. As for casino games, I am sceptical about them. But poker is a completely different matter.
888 has many disadvantages, but in my opinion, it has more advantages.

Of course it's the same number of players. As long as you're playing on the regular 888Poker site (and not the one that is in Ontario canada, or in some of the states of U.S.A., or Spain, etc.) then it will always be the same.
FWIW, during peak time of day, 888Poker has more players on their 'quick cash' (Z00M-style) game tables than partypoker. It also has more players than SportsBetting/Betonline site and more than A.C.R. (at least in the lower buyin tables). The only sites with more players in the player pools on those tables is GGPoker & pokerstars.

I'm not sure how the players are supposed to interact when they don't have a chat option. Other sites these days have also eliminated the chat feature. Personally I think that's a poor choice by the site who have gone this way. In 888's case, I wouldn't be surprised if they did this so that players on the tables wouldn't compare Withdrawal times with one another.

I'm not sure how you figure they play like BOTS? What action looks like they are BOTS to you? (and why not post some HandHistories?)

I know a guy who plays all of the mid-stakes and High-stakes MTT's on 888 each & every day he plays online (he also plays on GG, WPT, ACR & Stars and typically plays around 70-80 mtt's per day). The player pools are smaller on 888, especially at those buyin levels so he is familiar with playing vs. the same players very often. I've never heard him suggest any weird playing patterns on 888 (but maybe he wouldn't share about it... idk)

Yah the random FREEZE UP on the cash tables is pretty lame. I don't find it disadvantageous though. It just freezes 'after' the hand has played out. (never during for me anyways)

I personally NEVER play any casino games online so I wouldn't be able to offer an opinion on that (aside from the part about "I would NEVER play ANY casino game online EVER!")

At 888 Poker you can just have fun while drunk and nothing more. Yes, throwing eggs there is fun. That's all there, many people have had their withdrawals blocked, having appropriated tens of thousands of players' money.

I've been playing on 888poker for a long time, and I haven't had any major issues with them.
One day I got an email saying I'm no longer allowed to use 888sport, but they didn't explain why.
Luckily, I was able to withdraw all my money, so there was nothing to worry about.
I still play and withdraw without problems — although I have to admit that both withdrawals and support responses are pretty slow.
But at least everything works, even if it takes some time.

For me, it started about two months ago, right after a software update. Before that, everything worked perfectly.
It mostly happens when I play two or more tables at once, especially when cards are dealt at the same time — that’s when the freeze hits hard. 😂
If anyone knows how to fix this, please share!

I haven't had exactly this freezing problem, but I did have a problem with 888 crashing, often taking down the entire computer and requiring a reboot.
I fixed it by closing and restarting 888 at the break every hour.

I’ve never had the whole computer crash because of 888poker, but I’ve actually had that happen with PokerStars.
My whole system freezes, and I’ve had to force-shutdown my laptop twice already.
I noticed it only happens when I have both PokerStars and Google Chrome open at the same time.
If I only run PokerStars without any browser, everything works smoothly.

Sometimes it happens that the site freezes out of the blue.
I can't say anything about the support, I've never needed it.
Cash outs have always been problem-free and super fast for me.

I like the layout and style of 888 more than any other rooms. But the bug issues, slow support, lack of SNG options is a lot of downside. Good thing I am not a big money player. I suppose the key to their demographics is mostly beginner level. On the other hand that must also be a big draw for the pro players out there.

I suppose one day if I can't work anymore I might join the ranks.
For now I am bored with poker. It's more of a winter thing for me.

They have a reddit that looks horrible on the first glance. when you do open the threads about the rejected "documents" I challenge you to open a bank account with a bank that would even consider accepting them. One thread has a picture of a passport that just really doesn't look to real, its some African dude wanting to get paid 10k having a different address on every single peace of paper he posted. I got paid by them every time, deposit 25 euros, win satty, place 6 in marque tourney, get cashed out in under 48h including checking my documents that I had to reupload once in that time...
