The state of Pennsylvania has been accepted into the MSIGA (Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement) agreement, joining five states in the USA, which will form the largest pool of players for online gaming, including poker. The director of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has stated that "shared player liquidity is coming sooner than later — and maybe within the next few weeks". The MSIGA application was accepted in December, but as it is with all things bureaucratic, there is a boatload of paperwork to be signed and approved, which often takes time.
