So happy to see Mike Watson win the EPT Main Event Monaco.
I was a little torn at first as I was also supporting Leo Leese who came third with Leonard Maue coming second. That said, as I have mentioned before I most admire the poker players such as Watson, and the like of Adrian Mateos, Sam Greenwood (who was railing Watson) and Timothy Adams etc. who play the high rollers yet also play the main events. All about the title rather than money and it was evident how pleased Watson was to win. With that, Watson becomes only the third player ever to win two EPT main event titles , following Vicky Coren Mitchell and Mikalai Pobal.
Quite an achievement and well deserved!
