First, if you reply to my posts could you do me the favor of paying attention to all points made? He has only lost $1 million technically if he stops playing today, which he is not going to do. I pointed out he has ample opportunity to make a 6 or seven figure score before the end of WSOP. I also pointed out he was in the self same position last year and managed to salvage the series. Regarding Negreanu's wealth, I can't believe anyone would cite 'they Goggled it' as if that were credible. I would have no idea of where his wealth stands but the idea it runs to well over 60 million is far fetched. As noted, I follow Negreanu (in an admitted love/hate mode). His house is modest, and has not been touched in terms of upgrades but for his wife's closet in years. He and she drive a Tesla. Just a few years ago Negreanu was detailing plots and houses around a private golf course in LV and implied he was buying a plot. I believe the plots were around 2 to 4 million each but the move never materialized. I am not saying he can't afford to upgrade his house but he does not appear to be living a $60 million dollar lifestyle. Negreanu got a great basic income from PokerStars and is doing so through GG Poker. Outside of that, I am sure he has some amount of millions in the bank but the idea he can then spew of millions casually just does not add up. Negreanu has been open about his profit and loss for years and in one 5 year spell he was up by 8 million but that rested entirely on the fact he made an 8 million dollar score in the One Drop, otherwise he had made no money. In fact he has also pointed out that he has, for example, had great a WSOP series and made over two million yet spent even more in buys in and still come away with a loss. There is a reason why Negreanu plays the ambassador role to the hilt. First he loves the attention but secondly he loves that steady income. Nothing wrong with that. But there is nothing about his lifestyle that would indicate he is worth $60 million Finally, it has been well documented (via his own You Tube streams) once Negreanu left PokerStars his public image slipped and he has exhibited a lack of control and a very bad temper numerous times. In fact down in Mexico for WSOP inline 2020 he ended up being banned from Twitter for his offensive outbursts. This was nowhere near to being a one off outburst.
