Any new developments on this?

I am not a lawyer, but do work almost entirely in the consulting industry dealing with lawsuits. If my 4 years in this industry have taught me anything, it is that these things DO NOT move quickly. Especially when both sides of the argument have money to defend their position, and teams of lawyers working together. I regularly help on lawsuits 5+ years old. I think this will be a long slow process unless they are looking to make a deal...

Ditto what HomeBrewer said. There is about an 95% chance this will settle out of court, 4-5 years down the road and usually, the parties are bound by confidentiality regarding the terms of the settlement. Litigation is a messy, long, drawn out, expensive process. We'll probably never know what the results will be.....but that would be being results oriented anyway ;)
