The titan poker client used to have BankTransfer as one of the options but now it doesn't. Tried having a friend phone the number, thinking that there was maybe a chance my phone wasn't able to dial the toll free number prefix '888' as I have an internet phone.... but when they called the number it said it wasn't even in service LoL. (Titan just emailed me that phone number yesterday).

So I tried using Live Chat support.  Here's what is says 
'Not able to send messages' (written very faintly, lol).

Tomorrow I will set up my bank account for online banking & then will try one other withdrawal option available to me on this site.  Incidentally, this is why I have stopped playing at all of the other iPoker network sites (I used to play on 8 different ones over the past 10yrs.)... they removed most of the withdrawal options & the ones that were remaining weren't able to be accessed by myself. (hence they are useless to me).

My biggest pet peeve in poker.....  dealing with customer support for online sites.  They are horrendous!
