I checked the fine print and sure enough there was a 8x max on what you could win on the offer. That's cool, I get it. Not what I hoped for but I get the rules and still, $200 extra near Christmas is always helpful. I went to cash out the $200 and keep the rest of my funds in the account. A few days later I log in to play and I see my account is at $0 and I have no pending cashouts. I get a hold of Customer Service and try to find out why. They told me that I needed to make a $50 deposit between the redemption of the two coupon codes I had used. I look and this is no where on the letter or the coupon. No fine print listing of this information. The rep gives me a link to where this rule is listed. Not a place I had ever seen or would have looked. Nor is it in a place I would have found had the rep not sent it to me. I argue that this seems like a set up as I was not properly informed of this in the mailing. They don't care. After some arguing I gave up on the $200 I got by using the promotion but I wanted to at least get my money I had prior to using it.
