Saw some article that only ~ 15 countries in the world consider paypal suitable for gambling sites (incl germany) ...
With that in mind it's probably even more questionable why cardchat treats paypal like it's the only e-wallet in the world while in fact skrill & netteller are available in way more countries worldwide ...

Here where I live (brazil) I don't know any poker room that accepts Paypal (and a lot of people uses paypal here). I guess it's because online poker is not regulated here until now. It would be very nice if one day they start to accept Paypal here.
