In order to withdraw you must make a deposit and get verified. 
Verification involves sending the two documentation: 
(1) Some form of valid government issued identification like an ID Card Passport or Driver's Permit etc.
(2) Some form of address verification like a Utility Bill, Tax Return, Citizenship card etc.

The Deposit also acts a form of verification as they double check to makes sure names are same. 
Which ever method of withdrawal you like you must have made a deposit via that method in the last twelve (12) months.

This all songs long and complicated but it is quick and easy and standard procedure for every online poker room/casino/sportsbook I have played on.
