I don't mind them, but I do wish you could 'mute' people. Some people just spam them over and over and over. I don't let it get to me, but would be nice to just shut that person off so I don't see them anymore

I agree they are childish but I do not turn them off because I think that you get some information out of them too

They can be useful in the same was as speech play works playing live. If you can get under someone's skin, and effectively get them to make a mistake, then great.

That being said, you do see some players constantly throwing them non stop which can be an irritation, but if it bothers you that much you can turn them off in settings usually

I couldn't find it on pokerstars, and couldn't find out how to mute emotes on GG either. I'll take a other look

You might try to use them as a training tool, by helping you learn to ignore what other players say or do in order to distract you. I know that I've used distracting things in both bowling and shooting to help me concentrate on the pins or the shot.

Using the trowables as a training tool that's a good hack to acquire. I'll add it to my belt of Yoga and meditation.

I'm almost certain you can on stars, although not 100%. I'll have a look the next time I'm online and if I figure out how, I'll let you know

I only use them to salute good plays from people, or maybe compliment a nice hand. I'm against being a jerk to people overall. It just makes poker worse for everybody.

The throwables in poker are fun until someone in the month starts abusing their use, then they become annoying and not fun at all.

They ae OK to wake up some sleepy player or to send a dissaprobal to someone. is up to You to use it or Not!

I enjoy sometimes i use it to have fun and sometimes u tilt with someone for that but u can silence them if u dont like if an accesory from the game u can use then or not u choose

I only use it to congratulate a player for a special hand. It doesn't bother me, but sometimes there are players who use it in a very childish and silly way. Then it gets annoying.

I've switched off the throwables. Especially when you play several tables, they only disturb concentration.
