Do you ever delay your action to mess with timing tells?

Here's an example. Delaying is against the spirit of the game and is unethical. We want every player to enjoy playing PokerStars, and this kind of distracting behavior makes the game less enjoyable.

We ask that you refrain from using the maximum time allotted to make each decision, including simply folding hands that are not worth playing. If such violations are repeated, we will take disciplinary action, up to and including deprivation of playing rights on our site. We hope this information has clarified our position on this issue.Don't waste time on PokerStars.
This can't be real?

It makes sense if you are the BB or any other position later in the rounds. Insta checking can indicate you ticked the check/fold option hence your hand propably isnt the strongest. Other then that, just staying unpredictable as has been said here is gonna be the most important thing

I never move right away, I usually wait an average of 5 seconds, sometimes more.
The exception to this is if I have nuts, I show them right away.
