1) Exclude money from equation, then 100% of poker regulars and poker players in general are losers :(
2) Exclude fun (cause it's mostly addiction for everyone who play on daily basis), then again 100% of poker players are losers.

why?

cause let's say average human life is 80 years, it's 24*365*80 = 700K hours, we sleep 30% of this time, if you're reading this then you're old enough to read and some time has passed already... you also have to eat/work/go to bath and do other routine things. So you're left with some number of effective hours of your life, and you're spending some % of these hours playing poker. Does poker helps human race to evolve or improve? Does poker help you become a better human being? I think not.  It's not my sunjective opinion, i'm just trying to think objectively....

For the evolution of the human race what's the difference between explanation of some poker theore and for example explanation of some flat earth theory? Is there  any profit for human race in both of these theories? In both cases people just spend their time doing what they subjectively think is good for them.
 
It's sad, but I haven't heard any stories about successful poker player who did something really good for humanity, except for cases of charity donations. However there are possibly millions of stories of ruined lifes because of poker... so is it 85% or 99.9999%
