I was originally booked at their resort on Las Vegas Blvd but they called and said no rooms were available and were moving me to their one on Tropicana with the bonus of no resort fees. Made this the best deal ever. I usually uber around Vegas but they are 1/2 mile from the Orleans and they have a resort shuttle that drops you off at the city center in the Aria on the strip. I have a 1bdrm , it has a full kitchen, living room, in room safe, washer/dryer , coffee maker which is a must for me , and a bonus jacuzzi deep soak tub. There are multiple restaurants next door along with a Walgreens. I was told this place wasn't the best to walk at night. I'm from Indy so telling me it isn't the best place to walk at night isn't a concern, lol. However it's directly on Tropicana and it's a very busy road. so I've felt more than safe walking to the Orleans early morning and early evening. There is also a pot dispensary about a mile's walk from the resort which was also a bonus if you're into that sort of thing. :) Charles Frias park is directly across from the resort, but I've been doing so much walking I've not actually visited it to walk around.
