A good night's sleep, I like to wake up every 30 minutes, and I drink coffee.

After 5-6 years, I feel my attention dissipating in live games. Are there any tips or treatments that after that you stay focused at the table without burning out?
Haha for me, sometimes I keep my patience more than focus by making eye contact with the women around, chatting a bit with the waitress… but honestly, it’s way better to learn the tells of your opponents. That’s where the real edge comes from at the table, and be prepared when it's your time to play a hand

I'm one of those who believe that sleep is very important to face anything. My advice would be to get enough sleep before any poker session, whether live or online.

On days when I'm feeling tired, I pick up an audiobook that's about 8 to 10 hours long.
And I spend the entire game listening to it, and I end up not noticing the time passing; before I know it, we're already at the first break.
Then comes the second, and here in the tournaments I play, in the third stage, a return indicates that we're close to the money.
And right after the bubble bursts, about an hour later, we reach the semifinals.
So, knowing these checkpoints, I program my mind to use the audiobook as a focus tool...

Stay well nurished, food/drink and use the breaks to walk around or get some fresh air if possible. I always freshen up a bit too if I feel I'm slipping mid tournament.

While you can train your mind, you cannot forget your body in the process.

I always try to maintain a dialogue with the other players, this makes it less boring.
