I have also one suggestion for live and online poker.

No limping to enter the pot.

At least the first player that wants to play for the forced bets from SB and BB plus antes has to make a raise,
he has to risk more than the pot size is.

Limping is not a fair play esp. when there are antes in play.

At a nine player table there is nearly 1 BB more in the pot which he tries to win without taking a risk.

Players that want to play against the SB and BB forced bets, should do that not lightly,
they should also be forced to take a risk.

I don't like limping is pimping, because of the position advantage of the late positions.
