I think you should do a combination of 1,2, and 4 lol.
for number one you need an ok bankroll on one of the poker sites, you can play SnGs when Joe is golfing
Unless you are burnt out altogether from poker and then you need another hobby, they all cost money.

for number two you need to save what you can for retirement for real, the more the better.
skip number 3 you'll have number 2 for that if needed.

number 4 is priceless, you can't have good times with anyone if you can't see well, but I would try the $400 surgery for now,
I was 20/20 for years after my regular cataract surgery and my doctor was cussing a few times during it.

LASIK should only cost a couple thousand dollars per eye; 11,000 is way too high. If you have to have it done later, they can finance that.
you have a year and a half till Joe retires, a small monthly amount toward something like gold, crypto, or stocks would help.

These are just some thoughts, but we aren't really worried.
