Why some times i have KK in hands and another one have 99 for exemple, and the flop, turn and river dont show 9 or K, but the pot is divided? Why this? I was playing some day and this happened to me..

Then the winning combination was made without participation of your and your opponent's cards, which means only the cards on the board were counted. For example, it was a 23645 board or a flush board of a suit that neither of you had, etc.

but yes generally if the board has the best hand it's going to be divided between the players

As someone else have said, this happen, when both are playing the board.

In that case, even if the board is "5555A", such a thing can happen. Make sure you understand the rules.
