I like to play anywhere from 20-30% VPIP which I think is a good balance.

Some play 10% which is too small in my opinion and means your range is too limited.

Other stat to think about the PFR% as I want this to be around 80% of my VPIP so playing like 24/19 or 30/24 vpip/pfr

I don't like calling too much pre-flop.

It's flexible since it is player/opponent dependent.

Against opponents that play bad post-flop, I can be very loose and play almost everything at the button or in CO.

I think this really depends on the number of players at the table, the villans, the format, and the icm.

HU is very different than 6max, which is very different from full ring.

19.38 playing 6 max cash.

Would like to loosen that up just a little if I can.

According to the pro's if your VPIP is less than 18% you are probably playing too tight. I agree however it depends on the cards you are dealt. I try to play a reasonable pre-flop range based on position as shown in the charts but I have been running between 10 and 12% over the last month. If you don't get the cards, fold.
