wanna tip to dogde the setup bad beat hand in wpt global

I am the newbie.
I have played wpt global for 1 weeks and i usually play micro and freeroll tour.
First i won 2 tour micro it was so ez like i always win the flip or always have hand to play.
3 day back to now, i f* it up when i always have setup and always lose.
I lost my control and it make me so tilted.
I lose lose and lose.
this post wanna someone can share me any tip to dodge the bad beat hand or someone can tell me that App is scam or something

Tilting is very common for beginners.

Even if it sounds complicated:
Try focus on making good decisions and do not focus on the outcome. Bad beats, suckouts and cooldowns are part of poker but we should be happy when we got the chips in with good equity or +EV decisions. Eventually we will win in poker this way

You need to stop with the tilt. You can control two things in poker, yourself and how you play your cards. The sooner you learn self control the better off you will be in life and in poker. If you want to be a great player then you must act like a great player.
