I’d like to see an analysis that goes beyond just identifying common player archetypes and dives into how those archetypes evolve during longer sessions. Once you’ve been playing against someone long enough for them to recognize your play style, there is huge value in deliberately changing your "player type". One interesting approach would be to use a random number generator select from a list shift poker play styles, for example switching from tight aggressive to loose aggressive. This keeps opponents guessing and prevents them from building a reliable counter strategy against you. Basically a section about mind games against good players and the ultimate solution to pattern recognition being randomness.

I'd like to see a detailed bio on @CRStals . He appears to be the sole author of everything in the series. I know I've seen him around Cardschat a lot but I don't know anything about him. That 'topic' should be at the very top of the CardsChat Learning Poker Thread Series Guide to encourage members to delve further.

First off - flattered by your comment but one of the main reasons I got to go onto the podcast with Robbie had a little to do with winning a platinum pass and playing the PSPC.

I have reviewed a ton of poker study resources and courses over my 20+ years of playing the game and a lot of what goes into these articles is a combination of the knowledge I've accumulated over the years; researching the topics in more depth, and pulling togerher everything to make it fit within these articles. Some of this is my own theory - most of it is info pulled together and package it for the members of the forum - a little bit from here, more from there, and stuff from my own experiences.

If this was all my own, I probably would have left my career and tried to write poker theory full time but that isn't the case.

But. To mention a new topic, it could be great include strategies for 'Spins'There are on every platform. And there are many Pro players making money playing Spins. Personally I played on pokerstars and recently on GGPoker where I made 200+ with a maximum multiplier of 10x.

- Post-flop game, bet size in cbet in x boards, etc
- Bubble game, with short and big stacks.
- Blockers card.
- How to exploit maniac poker players.
- Best way to use donk bet.

How to Do Better in CardChat Freerolls

CardChat freerolls are fun, but you need a different approach than regular tournaments.
A guide that would cover how to survive the early rounds, handle the bubble, and pick the right spots to be aggressive.
It would also show how to spot and remember tendencies of players you meet repeatedly, so you can adjust your strategy against them.
Plus, tips on multi-tabling efficiently to stay in more games and increase your chances of cashing.

I would love that you cover some more poker variants (as you did with Omaha, 7 Card Stud and Razz) such as:

• Badugi
• 5 Card Draw
• 2-7 Single and Triple Draw

But all in all, those articles are very well written and very interesting to read (although I haven't read all of them for now but I plan to).

I d like a good poker hand ranges chart , with not very loose ranges , but specific , for online poker . I have seen countless such charts till now , even on CC I've seen at least one official , but when it comes to the action it doesn't seem profitable and awarding (by rng) . They seem very loose , good maybe gor live poker but not for online poker and rng . Maybe a thread with tricks on how to play online better your hands low stacked , so as to get better pot odds and win , so as to manipulate rng better . I see everyday people doing it . On CC freerolls also . Some tricks , practical tricks and bet raise shove decisions that are commonly and usually seen most of the times at the online tables . How to surpass generalizations for poker theories and start more practical tips and pieces of advice for online poker and decisions in online games . In many threads I read generally for poker but not specific for online poker and rng , which don't work the same way .

I'm sure there's a lot to say about hand selection pre-flop, let alone about how the hands should be played post-flop and on the following streets.

I’d love to suggest a lesson that dives into something that doesn’t get nearly enough love in the poker world: intuition-based calling.

That moment when you feel the bluff coming... when you just know that fold was wrong before the cards even flip. This is about trusting your gut and training your mind to see beyond the stats.

I have never used a HUD, and I’ve taken down more than a few sharks here and in the wild by playing my own way — not the way everyone else does. And honestly? That’s one of the best things you can do for your game.

When you follow your intuition, you become unreadable.
You don’t fall into easy categories.
You shift gears. You confuse patterns. You create your own rhythm.

It’s not for the faint of heart — but if you’ve got a heart and a third eye like mine <3 maybe it’s time to explore that path.
