Please see above cheatsheet.

I've noticed that the odds of improving a set to Full-House or Quads are given as 15.2% (Turn to River), and 27.8% (Turn & River)

A heads-up for anyone, using them, but they aren't right:
On the turn, the number of outs will 10, not 7 as it was on the flop. 3 additional available as a new pairable card will be on board. Therefore odds for Turn to river will be 10/46 = 21.7%

Considering the Odds from Flop to River listed on the cheat sheet "Turn & River", I reckon them to be 7/47 + 10/46 -7/47 x 10/46 = 33.4% (Flop Odds + Turn Odds - redundancy). Is that right???

Cheers.

Technically, having e.g. K on turn and river is possible. But if you base your long term EV thinking to this kind of scenarios it probably won't be +EV in the long run. So in general I do not see an error in that chart even though I understand your view of it.

I see your point about the new turn card giving 3 more outs I think what’s important to remember is the rule of 4 and 2 giving us approximately our percentage of hitting g our outs. If we can remember that rule then we won’t have to memorize the chart and it won’t be so overwhelming.
