It all depends on your financial capabilities. I don't have such opportunities, and so I learn as much as possible on my own, learning by analysing my own game and learning from my own mistakes. I think that if you are a financially secure person, a mentor can help you a lot in your development.

I saw every guy out there doing mentoring as a business, just a few are in deed a real winner poker player. And in particular, it's seems like all the guys mentoring, they just run the way by their own. I mean, not looks like they fallaw any mentoring. So of course you can short the way choosing mentoring. But you can do it yourself. It depends of your money to do that.
