i believe it was a response from (wolfpack) a member that correctly explained poker.....it is a game where the object is to make correct decisions, and by making correct decisions profit will come in the long run...if you put yourself in a favorable situation throughout the year you will show an earn...noone wins every time and what people call a bad beat is in reality what you desire (obviously you wish to win)...but you want that weaker player taking way the worst of it and on some occasions you will lose(if you are a 4 to 1 favorite you wil still lose 20% of the time.....i heard a player once say it best...."i love it when they call with that crap but hate it when they get there"....a winning player will suffer a large amount of pots lost at the river because they had the best hand going in which is the object.....i suggest you forget about money when playing and focus instead on your play, did you play every hand correctly, were you happy with your game , were you satisfied with your decision making
