Against Passive Players: If your opponents tend to play passively, you can be more aggressive with high pairs, extracting value from weaker hands they may be holding.
Against Aggressive Players: Against aggressive opponents, high pairs are still strong, but you should be prepared to face re-raises or big bets. The key is to avoid being predictable and adjust your aggression according to your opponent's style.

You may want to define passive with more data points as a passive player who does not raise 2 pair plus crushes over pairs
Aggressive players will bet and raise with hands worse than over pairs thus allowing us to make more $ from them
