Still struggling when i am OR in OOP spots on really connected T high boards like T♠9♣7♠.
i always get XR and dont know how to approach the spots even with the top of my range
Any tips for building better plans OOP in these messy spots?

It will always depend on position vs position, but overall it will be x most of the time. It's up to you to know the xc and xr combos, an example of xc the best values, top like 2p with top pair, top trips... xr will get the draws, sets with bottom pair. This way you will always be balanced.

OOP just stinks it’s so hard to play. Generally I’m checking a lot here and seeing what the IP player does. If I am betting it will be a smaller C bet like maybe 25%.

If the cards are good, I come in from any position, disguising them as a small pair)

If you are out of position, you can not get checkraised byt only raised. On a board like T97 2-tone its reasonable to check your entire range and then work in some checkraises with draws and strong made hands like a straight or set. An overpair should check-call and try to get to a cheap showdown. Hands like AK no flushdraw should mostly check-fold.
