Last year I couldnt play for more than 3 hours without lose focus and feel really tired so I change some things in my routine that helped me developed more endurance such meals in fixed hours, sleep and exercise. After some months I could play more focused and for more hours like 5 to 9 hours. Health is key to self control.

You are right if you want to play MTT you must prepare to play more then 9 hours, for it you must do sports exercises in really high level

Being in good shape certainly helps a lot.
Additionally, having a good diet seems to be a cornerstone, allowing one to maintain the pace for such a long time and, consequently, avoid feeling exhausted after just half an hour.
In response to your question, I would say yes, I am healthy enough. I don't get tired very quickly, and besides doing some regular exercise, I've also had several checkups lately.

My health isn't very good and that's why I am taking up poker as a hobby. I definitely do not have the energy for long games but short games are fun and stimulating which is perfect for myself. It is definitely wise to know your limits

I have quite good health. I used to play sports and was in pretty good shape. Now I don't do sports anymore, I've become quite lazy, but nevertheless I don't complain about my health. True, I play poker no more than 3-5 hours a day, but this is due to the fact that I simply do not have free time.

Being in good health and prepared mentally help a lot, Not sure how well this will work for others, but personally I find that natural supplements that help to relax and focus and detach from emotions can be helpful in avoiding that “boredom tilt” we can call it and also we don't forget the good sleep befor any long session.

I agree that physical and mental health is super important, I could really do with improving my fitness. I used to run long distance for fun, now I get sick at the thought of it. I do walk a lot but its not the same. Any motivation tips?

The main factors of health are healthy sleep, proper nutrition and exercise.As for physical activity, it doesn’t have to be super intense and exhausting - it just has to be. If you lock your dog in a room all day, don’t be surprised if it goes crazy and starts chewing everything. It's the same with you. Man has gone through a huge evolutionary path so that he can survive, hunt and walk long distances. You are literally made for this. But computers and poker appeared quite recently, and this period is a tiny drop against the background of the entire history of human development.
