One habit I’m trying to build is setting a stop-loss for my sessions. In the past, I sometimes kept playing after losing a few buy-ins, hoping to win it back, but usually it just made things worse.
Now I try to stop once I hit my limit for the day. It helps me protect my bankroll and keeps me from playing while tilted.
