I tend to laugh because there is no point in being frustrated. You play a lot of tournaments then you come across bad cards in many cases

I would say that the best thing is to stop and review the hands that you didn't play “well”

Is normal to get frustrated, but is important to focus on the following decisions. If you face an all in or you want to shove, think twice if it's correct. At least that's a start.

Adhering to bankroll management is the option that always works well and gives results. By following your own bankroll management, all your risks will be acceptable and any outcome, even the worst, will not be critical for you.

I think the longer you play the more you learn to shake it off,

it really is frustrating but the best thing to do is forget about it and move on,

bad beats are just part of the game so don't take it personally👍

I think we are stronger before the next card is dealt. That is enough

After the many times, you should just laugh at it. Of course, that's easy to say, but when you experience it, it can get increasingly annoying. If you see that you're constantly running into bad beats that day, it's worth finishing the game that day, because there's a good chance it won't get any better anyway.

You should deal with it calmly, because if you go crazy you could lose your mind and lose your chips too quickly.

Be patient, keep your emotions under control and focus on your long-term goals. This is the most optimal way to move towards the goal step by step.

The only way is to minimise the loss of chips by betting without overdoing it~

One day does not solve anything. One day's results mean nothing. What matters is your long-term goals and your ability to move towards them step by step. It's not reasonable to focus on what happened on one day.

For most people its a good idea to take a break, if we lose several tournaments or big pots in a row. For cash games it can be reasonable to set a stop-loss like 300-400BB per session. If you are down more than this, you are done for the day. For tournaments its a bit more difficult, because we dont know the final result, as long as games are still running. And of course we need to finish the games, we already paid for. Personally whenever I feel annoyed, then I stop buying into more tournaments, regardless how little or much I lost already.

You got many good tips from other here but let me quote from my favorite "badbeat feel better mood :) "

"
A good player will take more bad beats than he gives
Taking bad beats is a sign that you are playing well. When you are playing
against weaker opposition, you will take far more bad beats than you will
give out, because you will generally have the better hand when you elect to
play. In fact, when you are dishing out a lot of bad beats and not getting any,
that is the time to worry."

There are days when it's really hard, but you have to breathe, try not to get stressed and move on. In poker, most days are bad, but the good ones, when you do the right things, make up for all the stress of the past.

I've had a week of them. Hopefully, that bad run ends now.
