It's not a matter of opinion, really. It is a matter of statistics. We exactly know how many times AKo will win with a hand like 46o, given big enough sample. That's how statistics work. Of course, you may lose with AKs vs 72o 10 times in a row, if you are unlucky, but in the long run? We know that statistically AKs will win with 72o roughly 70% of the time. In fact, it will win with pretty much *any* non-pair lower hand at least ~60% of the time. Or in other words - the difference between AKs vs JTs and AKs vs 72o is just about 10 percentage points, so in general, it's not *that* much different against any hands other than pairs. When it comes to pairs, for anything lower than KK it pretty much becomes a coin toss (yeah, even with 22)

If you have these hands early position, then probably it's a trap your you to lose . I have seen those 1M times. All in preflop it's ok . Of you see flop with any others , be ready to fold

There is something to this. AA and KK want to play heads up only. As soon as two or more players are also in the pot, then the probability that one or more hits a good draw or flops a made hand is much higher. If you don't isolate properly with AA and KK, then it is much more likely to end up in these situations.

Now sometimes the magic donks will call regardless of what you bet, in which case it is what it is..

As you can see here, even against the worst hand possible, AA will lose one in every 9 hands.

In your opinion, how often do you lose with premium AA and KK hands against so-called bad hands like 46 off or 22 off? It's happened to me a few times, and it's actually quite frustrating. How do you handle these types of situations to stay focused?
Handle it like a pro and move on to the next hand. Stay present and stay focused. Loosing AA/KK to a lesser hand is one thing but don’t let that loss linger into more losses because you can’t handle bad luck or variance. It’s all part of the game. If there is a chance it can happen in poker, it will happen in poker so don’t be surprised or pissed when it does. Move on to the next hand and go for the win!
