Each table has a different dynamic: sometimes it's filled with passive players, other times it's a 3-bet war all the time.

I wanted to know how you adapt:

  • Do they play looser at tight tables and tighter at loose tables?
  • Do they change the entire game plan or do they only adjust a few points, such as opening ranges and aggressiveness?
  • At very passive tables, is it better to bluff more or just extract value?

I'm trying to get out of the “automatic” mode and think more about the environment of table , but sometimes I wonder if I'm adapting well. Tips and experiences are welcome!

Generally I font change my style . Only if I see that AB tries to take advantage of done weaknesses of mine , I might try to trap him or play looser , more aggressively if needed than usual

I'm working on improving my starting hand range. I try to be more selective in early position and more aggressive in late. How do you adjust your ranges depending on the table?

Poker is all about finding your opponent’s weaknesses and then exploiting those weaknesses. It’s always adjustments, so pay attention and stay patient. If you see someone folding too much then you can bluff more against them. If someone is being a calling station then don’t bluff against them. If it’s a tight table then open up your range but try to stay in position. If it’s passive then you will need to tighten your range. Just observe what playing styles your opponents are and adjust and attack. Good luck!
