I went all-in one day thinking I had a street, but it wasn't there. Nothing, but an honest moment. Has this happened to you?

Yes. I misread my A4 as pocket aces, and played them aggressively...luckily, everyone else folded.

To me, is more common to missread my stack or my position.
Once I had full house and I checked on river, when I was acting last.
Today I shoves 3bet with 50BB, because I thought I had 25BB 😅
Fortunately I won TT vs AKo.

Definitely. I can remember once when I was playing a tourney in Concord, NH when I turned over my hand at showdown thinking I'd lost. (I always turn them over at showdown.) Someone says "You've got three nines!", and I won the pot. :)

It is rare but does happen occaisionally. Once, when my glasses needed cleaning I misread 56o as 55 and raised, but luckily everyone folded.

I think it has happened to everyone. At least it has happened to me. Sometimes your eyes get tired, especially if you play a lot of tables. In addition, I have rather poor eyesight, and there were times when I thought I was seeing one thing and it was actually something else :)

Yes. This has happened when fatigue sets in. I guess you just broke Virgin territory. The bad news is that at some point it will happen again there is just no avoiding it so just shake it off and move on, Good luck at the tables.

A4 always catches me if I'm distracted. I've called several all-ins thinking I had AA:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Yes, but a more frequent issue I have with online poker is when my hand slides across the trackpad and mistakenly hits "call" to a bet/shove when I was aiming for "fold".

Who hasn't? Especially if you play many tables , that's why I always play with the four colour deck option to avoid some misreads :ROFLMAO:

Yes it happen especially when multitabling online. Another mistake is missing previous action most commonly a limp. Yet another is misclick, where maybe you intended to buy into another game in the lobby, but then a table pops up, and the call or raise button is just, where your mouse is.

Who hasn't? Sometimes this can work in your favour. You make a big raise thinking you have a straight and the other player lays down the winning hand.

Yeah, I’ve had those moments too, mostly back when I was playing with the standard two-color deck. 😅 Luckily, there’s a four-color option in the settings, and ever since I switched, I don’t think I’ve had that problem anymore.

I have misread the value and ranking of my own two cards sometimes , when I am very tired and sleepy. And then it sucks . But to mis read the flop or board ??? Hmmm. Very rarely this might have happened .

Oh yes, especially when multitabling. Yesterday I raised on the wrong table when the flop came up and I just had a high card. Opponent folded though, so all good.

Of course, the famous A4 that looks like AA, beats A on the flop and you are not set.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

This happens all the time. I often misread the community cards. Sometimes I misread spades and clubs, or diamonds and hearts.
