Getting your head out of the way

I've been reading a good deal in the past few days and have learned a bit. I'm playing some micro games on pokerstars, and for the most part I can keep a steady, very low but steady, amount of money coming in. But then something will happen and I'll make a stupid call that i know i shouldn't make, but start to think to much an justify it some how, and lose more then what i make. Did/does anyone else have that problem? If so what do you recommend doing to remedy the situation?

I have that problem a lot. Usually I take it as a sign that I should take a break. That usually does the trick, and online, it's easy to do.
